I was so glad Jacob could come right to us a do a diagnostic even tho it was a weekend. After that we kept him busy fixing a few other things on other vehicles in the driveway! "A check engine light in my Ford Ranger came on, i went down to AutoZone to scan the codes. The codes came back saying the engine thermostat needed to be replaced. I originally thought i could replace the part myself and purchased all the supplies, but later i found that it was too complex for me to do myself. It was very difficult for me to take my car into the shop because my wife and I were driving each other to work everyday. I saw a Mach1 Mobile mechanic ad online and decided to call them up. Jacob with Mach1 Mobile answered and was very easy to schedule with. I called him up and he was fixing the engine thermostat on my car 2 hours later. He answered all my car questions on the phone and educated me on the part to be replaced. He pulled up in his Mach1 Mobile truck and trailer and fixed my Ranger on the street in front of my house. Everything works great. I'm so glad I didn't have to deal with the hassle of dropping off, waiting, and picking up my car like i normally would with the auto shop. Can't recommend Jacob and Mach1 Mobile enough."
